“Riant Soleil “, is a large chalet with  11 rooms, 300 m2 on 4 levels, south-east, simple furniture: living room with video, CD and DVD. Dining room with dining table. Office. Lower ground floor: play room. Exit to the garden on the terrace. Large kitchen (5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, grill, coffee machine). 4 showers, separate toilet. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed (120 cm, length 190 cm). 4 x 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Bath / WC, separate WC, double basin. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 6 bunk beds. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds. 4 x 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed. 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm). Bath / WC, double basin. 2 balconies, large garden. Patio furniture, barbecue,. Nice view on the mountains.

Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Parking (on the ground, two cars). Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The TV can only be used for DVDs and video tapes. There is a small office at the entrance. The lounge is closed on the 1st floor for rent. It is intended for private use by the owner

This cottage can be rented by the week. The price includes: rent, charges and final cleaning.
