Description (text):

Located 700m from the ski lifts in a quiet and sunny spot. Magnificent views of the mountains. Shared: garden. Possibility to park 100m from the chalet. A few stairs to climb. Only 1km from shops and restaurants and Barboleuse train station.

No smoking, no pets.

The chalet is divided into two apartments. The bottom one is currently busy all year round.

Ground floor: kitchen with oven and dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, dining area. Living room with fireplace and TV, stereo and DVD, exit to balcony. Bathroom / WC,  shower room / WC, one single room (140cm), a small room with one bed. Floor: bathroom with shower / WC, bedroom with 2 beds, one double bedroom ,  play room with TV, sofa bed, and separate toilet. Garden with a bread oven.
