Description (text):

Chalet located 300m from the ski lifts in a quiet and sunny place. Magnificent views of the mountains. A private large garden. Possibility to park in front of the chalet, another space 150m from the chalet. In winter, it is not possible to access to the chalet by car. Shops and restaurants are only  500m from the chalet, which is 600m from  Barboleusaz  train station.

Ground floor: entrance, kitchen with oven, 4 hotplates, exit onto  the West facing balcony, living room with fireplace, radio with CD player, dining room with exit to the south and west balcony, a bedroom with a bed, a separate toilet.Upstairs: bedroom with double bed and door opening onto south facing balcony, a bedroom with two beds, a small single room, shower / WC.

Basement: washing machine, large ski room with separate entrance.

The chalet is  rented by the week. The price includes rent and all charges. A deposit of CHF. 300 is requested and must be paid together with the first rent.

Price per week winter: CHF. 1’790 .-

Price per week summer: CHF. 1’660 .– (including Free Access card)
